Check in & Set up times: Saturday 7:00am – 8:30am (call for earlier setup time)
Vendors: You may set up your display, hand out business cards, have give-aways, drawings & product demonstrations on the main stage. No cash raffles. We encourage you to advertise on your websites, FB pages etc. Our event website is “businesscraftfair.com”
Set-up Saturday: Check-in at Help center please. All set-up MUST be completed by 8:30am . Bring your tent & weights, tables, chairs, racks, extension cords, etc. If you would like to be next to someone, please indicate your request in the “special request” area on the agreement.
Transporting Items & Clean-up: Sellers will be responsible for transporting your items to and from the sale. You are responsible to remove all items that you use to set-up your display as well as any unsold items, trash, empty boxes, plastic bags, etc. at the end of the sale. DO NOT PARK on site. Use public parking on the side streets and Board of Education lot across the street.
Vendor Responsibility: A maximum of 3 adults (15 years or older) admitted per booth for set-up and running of the booth. CHILDCARE IS NOT AVAILABLE, no unsupervised children while you are working your booth. Tents are preferred not mandatory. Table covers are MANDATORY.
Money & Security: Sellers are expected to provide their own change and act as their own security for their items. We will not be responsible if items, money etc. are missing from the vendor. Please make every effort to secure your belongings. We are not responsible for injuries on the premises. Please be careful.
Leaving Early: Sellers are obligated to keep their booth “open for business” during the entire event and may not start packing up until after 4:00 p.m. Please have coverage for breaks.
Booth Fees: $75 fee per space.
The spaces are approx. 10’x10”. Deadline is 6/17/20. Must be postmarked, no exceptions. No postdated checks. Each business must purchase its own booth(s).

Your space is not confirmed until we receive both the fee and the completed contract. We cannot refund fees.
Signage & Boundaries: No merchandise and or signs may be affixed to any site structures without written permission from Tony or Vanessa Davis. All items must be contained within your allotted space. Do not block your neighbor’s booths. Do not stake any tents, make sure to weight down your tent with sand, etc. NO staking the grounds, you will be charged by the City of Muskegon.
